Instead you should say, "I can organize and arrange my outfits in a way that lets me express my individuality." Also, you said, "Third it is cheaper than traditional or other uniform clothing. As most of them are mass produced and they are often sales in department store." You don't need to have two sentences here. After the first sentence, you should just add "as" on the end and continue on with the same sentence.
